We introduce HR co-creation as a continuous process in which and stakeholders optimize value through collaborative efforts to innovate the design use of practices better satisfy multiple stakeholder needs. This positions users who co-create partnership with HR, highlights that only arises practices. outline conditions for co-creation, argue generates greater than designed by used independently maximizing at level business system. is inspired service-dominant logic, builds on existing multi-stakeholder perspectives research, research employee participation involvement. discuss theoretical practical implications this perspective creation.
